What is the Peak Score?
The Peak score is your measure of how close you are to your PEAK athleticism.
Athletes aim to PEAK at the right time, they want to PEAK their performance levels, but the science behind how they do this is complex and individualised.
The Peak Score takes all of this into account.
By tracking your movement quality, your training load, your sleep, stress and general health it gives you an accurate score as to how close to your PEAK you really are.
It also accounts for age, sport and stage of cycle for female athletes.
In less than a minute answering a few questions, the score gives you insight into what percentage of your current PEAK you really are. So a score of 82 means you are 82% of your current training Peak.
The beauty of this is that it allows for your PEAK to improve as you train. It also means that some days you can be higher than your current training peak. Allowing you to train harder or reach for those PBs.
But its more than just a score.
The unique communication centre notifies your coach and therapist as to what your score is each day, opening the conversation as to the ideal training plan for next session.
As they say, wellness scores by themselves are of interest. Their main purpose is to open up a dialogue between you and your coach/therapist about how to best manage you in your session today.
