Sharing Data with Teams
Athletes have full control over who can view their data with connected accounts. With a connected account, an athlete can share data with their Support team (Coach or Physio). Teams can interact on daily logs and have better communication around training.
What data can a connected account view?
Wellness Data (daily scores, category scores)
Peak Scores
Training Logs (load, description, photos & videos)
Performance Logs
Cycle (for Female Athletes)
How to connect accounts
Connections have to be initiated by the Support Team account. A Coach or Physio can request access to an athletes account with the following steps.
Go to 'Settings > Connected Accounts
Click on "Add Connection"
Enter the email of the athlete you want to connect with
Accepting requests
Once an connection request has been sent, the athlete has to accept the request..
Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
Click on the connection request
Click 'Accept'
Done! The connection is complete
How to remove connection?
Connections can be removed by all account types. At anytime the connection can be deleted and all data will be preserved in the athlete account.
Go to 'Settings > Connected Accounts
Click on the connection you would like to remove
Click 'Remove Connection'
Accept the warning
Done! The connection has been removed. If you want to re-add this connection, you will need to start the connection process again.
