Logging Data

The core mechanism of Peak is to create an easy and intuitive way for athletes to log data to share with their team to map our better pathways to Peak performance.

How to submit logs

  1. Click the Log Menu (+) button at the bottom menu

  2. Select the log you wish to submit (Training, Wellness, Recovery, Cycle or Performance)

  3. Enter in the required fields

  4. Click the Log right arrow button

  5. Done! You have submitted a log


Required Daily Logs

To get the best of Peak, daily logging of Training and Wellness data is required. The daily logging not only helps the algorithm but also helps the athlete build self-awareness through consistent use.

The daily Wellness and Training Log data enables a Peak Score be generated. The more accurately and consistently the daily logs are completed, the more accurate and useful the Peak Score is.

Wellness Log

The daily Wellness Log entails 6 randomly generated questions that are answered subjectively by the athlete.

  • Stress

  • Recovery

  • Mood

  • Physical Test

  • Health

Training Log

Training log allows the athlete to enter in training session notes, images or videos, time and perceived effort. This generates the session load and is used to generate a Peak Score.

Data logged

  • Session Notes (Description of the session and work done)

  • Session Category Tag (Running, Recovery, Strength & Conditioning etc)

  • Training Time

  • Perceived Effort RPE

  • Image or Video from session

Recovery Log

The recovery log allows you to record Recovery modules you have done that day.

  • Date

  • Recovery Module

Cycle Log

For female athletes, the menstrual cycle has a important impact on training for teams to be respectful of. The Cycle log helps keep track of the cycle day and the associated phase of the cycle. Insights can be given for training depending on the cycle phase. The cycle phase has an impact on the Peak Score.

  • Start Date of Period

Performance Log

The Performance Log allows an athlete to record a notable performance or Personal best that can be viewed in the Peak Journal Feed.

  • Date

  • Performance Title

  • Performance Value

  • Performance Description

  • Photo or Video
